Caroline Henneman, Esq.

Caroline joined MU as an Associate Attorney in 2023, where she is responsible for providing immigration services, developing case strategies and counseling clients.

In her role, Caroline works with a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions for individuals and corporations and citizenship and nationality cases. Much of her experience has been focused on advising clients in the healthcare and IT sectors on H-1B, TN, E-3, H-4, and L-1 visas. She also has experience ​in the EB-1 and EB-3 (Schedule A and PERM-based) categories of the I-140 Immigrant petitions and green card applications. Caroline also aids individuals in the family-based I-130 green card process and citizenship applications.

Caroline graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in May 2023 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 2023. In her spare time, Caroline is an avid sports fan, and you can find her cheering on her favorite teams or playing in several recreational sports leagues around Cincinnati.
