Olivia Kues, Esq.

Olivia began her career as an attorney at MU in 2018. Olivia represents clients in the healthcare, professional sports, information technology, and engineering industries.

Olivia’s passion for immigration law developed early on in her law school career as she clerked at MU for over two years and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Immigration and Nationality Law Review at UC College of Law.

As an attorney, she has counseled clients in all stages of the immigration process, including temporary employment visas of all kinds, permanent Green Cards, and family-based cases. Olivia’s experience representing clients in wide-ranging industries has made her a valuable resource on issues such as athlete visas, the PERM process, and student visas.
